Treadmill: running/cardio
Exercise bike: is used when to burn calories
Elliptical machine: offers the benefit of a low-impact cardio
leg extension: exercise that targets quadriceps muscles
barbells: is used for powerlifting for the muscles
bench press: is used for upper body strength exercise
pull-up exercise: to work the brachial and brachioradialis in the arms
pull-down exercise: is an exercise designed to develop the latissimus dorsi muscles

CARDIO EQUIPMENTS VS STRENGHT EQUIPMENTS
Strength equipments are any equipment or device used during physical activity to increase the strength or effect of conditioning the exercise by providing a fixed or adjustable amount of resistance, or to enhance the experience or results of routine training.
Cardiac equipments are simple equipments which helps the movement of the body to become more flexible and makes cardiac activities more effective.

TERM 1 REVIEW AND TESTS
During the first term of physical fitness, we were told to utilize in fitness activities both using and not using physical equipments. For most of the time during aerobic tests, we have done physical and movement activities without using physical equipments.
Below are the methods of tests during the first term of Physical Fitness class
Cardio endurance: PACER TEST/BLEEP TEST
Muscular endurance: Push up, curl up, pull
up, flex arm hangs
Muscular strength: vertical jumps,standing
broad jumps
Flexibility: Sit and reach, trunk lift
Body composition: Body mass index
